Approval conditions:
– the data subject has agreed to process his or her personal data for at least one specific purpose,
– the processing of personal data is indispensable for the performance of the contract by the contracting party being the data subject or for the implementation of pre-contractual arrangements at  the request of the data subject,
– the processing of personal data is inevitable under a special rule or an international treaty bound by a Member State.

We are simply saying that we process personal data on the basis of: consent, contract or special regulation.

Consent to processing includes:
-identification data are available only for: Mgr. Milan Fait – May 8, 787, Velká Bystřice, 783 53, Czech Republic
-the purpose or reason for the processing of personal data for which we require consent is solely for contacting your person. The data will no longer be used for marketing and other purposes, but only to contact you back (or for the purpose of delivering the requested goods to the specified address in the request form)
(in accordance with Article 4 (9) of the Regulation) to which we will provide personal data are not available (in the case of shipment by the shipping company, your personal data will only be handed over to the shipper to deliver the product to your address)
-In the case of balancing products to a third country, we will then provide you with information about reasonable assurance (for example, as a European Commission decision or the accession of a so-called safe shield)

We declare
We declare that we comply with all legal obligations required by applicable law, in particular the Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR, and that:

-we will process your personal data only on the basis of valid legal grounds, in particular the legitimate interest, performance of the contract, legal obligation or consent,
-we comply with the GDPR obligation under Article 13 of the GDPR before we begin processing personal data, we will allow you and I will support you in the exercise and enforcement of your rights under the Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR
-Scope of personal data and processing purposes

We process personal information for the following reasons:

delivery of services, fulfillment of the contract – your personal data in the scope: we need an email in order to fulfill orders, transport, contracts (eg sending accesses to the application, sending online courses, etc., delivery of goods).

Bookkeeping – If you are a customer, we need your personal data (billing information) to comply with the statutory obligation to issue and record tax documents.
Marketing – sending e-mails (if we provide this service) – Your personal data (e-mail), we use for direct marketing – sending business messages. If you do not wish to receive marketing messages – just contact us. In cases, you can revoke your consent by using a sign-in link (if available) or by contacting our company directly.

Cookies
When browsing our Web sites, cookies are used (ie IP address logging and where you come from.) Using cookies is used to track web traffic and customize your website views, and you can disable cookies on your computer.

Security and Privacy
Your personal data is solely for our purposes and the data is not transferred in any other way or sold to a third party (the exception is the shipping company, which data will be delivered to your specified address when making the order).

We protect your personal information by means of technical and organizational measures that prevent the misuse, damage or destruction of your personal data.

Transmission of data outside the European Union
All processing of personal data will be carried out within the EU territory.

Your rights in connection with the protection of personal data
You have a number of rights in relation to the protection of your personal data. If you wish to use any of these rights, please contact us via the contact information on our site.

the right of access can prompt us at any time, and we will provide you with a 30-day time limit within which we process your personal data and why.
If something changes or you find your personal information outdated or incomplete, you have the right to add and change your personal data.
You have the right to restrict the processing if you believe I am processing your inaccurate data, you think I am processing illegally, but you do not want to delete all the data or if you have objected to the processing.

You can limit the range of personal data or processing purposes. (For example, dropping out of the newsletter restricts the purpose of processing to send business messages.)
The right to portability. If you would like to take your personal information and transfer it to someone else, we will proceed as you would with the right of access – except that I will send you the information in machine-readable form. Here I need at least 30 days.
